Notes and reminders are essential for maintaining context and ensuring timely follow-ups with your prospects. This guide explains how to add notes to deals, set reminders for important tasks, and manage your daily workflow directly within CRM Chat.
How to Add a Note
Adding a note to a deal helps you and your team keep track of important information, conversations, or next steps. To add a note, navigate to the deal card within the Mini App.
Open the deal you want to add a note to.
Click the Add note button.
Type your message in the text field.
Click Create note to save it. The note will appear in the deal's timeline.

How to Add Reminders
Reminders ensure you never forget an important task or follow-up. CRM Chat offers two convenient ways to create them: manually through the deal card or automatically using chat commands.
Adding a Reminder from the Deal Card
You can set a reminder with specific details directly from the deal card. This is useful when you need to add a detailed description or set a precise time.
In the deal card, click the Add reminder button.
Enter a title for the task in the REMINDER field (e.g., "Send Document").
Set the DATE and TIME for the reminder.
Optionally, add more details in the DESCRIPTION box.
Click Create reminder to save.

Adding a Reminder with Chat Commands
For a faster workflow, you can create reminders using natural language directly in the chat. The AI will parse your request and set the reminder for you.
In the chat window, type the lead's name followed by your reminder request. For example:
George Levin add a reminder to send docs on Thursday at 15:00
.The bot will identify the lead and ask you to confirm. Click Update to proceed.
The reminder is now created and linked to the correct deal.

Managing Your Reminders
CRM Chat helps you stay organized by consolidating your tasks and sending timely notifications.
Daily Digest: Every morning, you will receive a daily digest with a list of all tasks scheduled for that day.
Task Notifications: At the exact time a task is due, you will receive a notification with options to Complete the task, update it (postpone), or View lead.
Completing Tasks: You can mark a reminder as complete by clicking the checkbox next to it in the deal card.

Use chat commands to quickly create reminders without leaving your conversation flow.
Collaborate with your team by using @mentions in notes to tag colleagues and assign tasks or share information directly on a deal.
